1-Isothiocyanato-6-(methylsulfonyl)-hexane
This compound is a synthetic analog of erysolin. This isothiocyanate is a synthetic derivative of 6-methylsulfinyl-hexane isothiocyanate, which was initially produced by Wasabia; it exhibits anticancer activity. This compound inhibits SOX2 signaling, induces G2/M phase cell cycle arrest, and suppresses cell viability in pancreatic cancer cells.
