Nizatidine

Nizatidine is an inverse agonist at histamine H2 receptors that exhibits antacid and immunostimulatory activities. Nizatidine shortens gastric emptying time in clinical settings. Additionally, this compound stimulates maturation of dendritic cells and displays potential benefit as an immunization adjuvant, boosting vaccine immune response.
