NG-52
NG-52 is a purine and analog of purvalenol A that exhibits antimicrobial activity. NG-52 inhibits cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2), Cdc28p, and Pho85p. This compound also inhibits survival of Saccharomyces.
