Naltriben

Naltriben is an antagonist at δ2-opioid receptors (D2ORs). Naltriben induces anxiety in animal models undergoing light/dark tests and open field activity measurements; it also inhibits opioid-induced reinforcement in conditioned place preference assays. Additionally, naltriben inhibits antinociceptive activities regulated by δORs in the spinal cord.
