Leucomyosuppressin

Leucomyosuppressin is a peptide found in arthropods that exhibits anorexigenic and cardiomodulatory activity. Leucomyosuppressin decreases food intake and weight gain as well as heart rate in vivo. Additionally, leucomyosuppressin is myoinhibitory, inhibiting phasic activity and peristalsis in many muscles.
