JW55

JW55 is an inhibitor of tankyrases (TNKS1/2) that stabilizes the β-catenin degradation complex, suppressing Wnt signaling. JW55 displays anti-obesity and potential anticancer activities. In animal models of high-fat diet and diabetes, JW55 decreases body weight and intestinal epithelial stem cell proliferation.
