Triptorelin
Triptorelin is a peptide analog of gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) that induces constant stimulation of the pituitary gland, decreasing release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Triptorelin exhibits anticancer and anxiolytic activities. Triptorelin inhibits cell proliferation in cellular models of breast cancer and ovarian cancer. This compound also increases open arm entries and social interaction time in animal models of anxiety.
