RKI-1447
RKI-1447 is an inhibitor of ROCK1/2 that exhibits anticancer chemotherapeutic activity. RKI-1447 also displays anti-metastatic potential, suppressing phosphorylation of MLC-2, MYPT-1, inhibiting formation of actin stress fibers, and preventing migration, invasion, and growth of breast cancer cells and tumors.
