Palmitoyl-D,L-carnitine
Palmitoyl-D,L-carnitine is a long chain acylcarnitine that is involved in fatty acid metabolism; it may be used as a substrate in the simulation of mitochondrial respiration. Palmitoyl-D,L-carnitine inhibits PKC and promotes hair growth.
