Nabumetone
Nabumetone is a 1-naphthalenacetic acid derivative non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that inhibits COX-2. Nabumetone exhibits anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anticancer, and chemopreventive activities. In vivo, nabumetone inhibits intestinal carcinogenesis.
