J-147
J-147 is a phenyl hydrazide that exhibits neuroprotective and cognition enhancing activities. In vitro, this compound decreases neuronal loss, oxidative stress, and glutamate-induced neurotoxicity. J-147 also ameliorates memory impairment in animal models of Alzheimer’s disease.
