GSK-343
GSK-343 is an inhibitor of enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) histone methyltransferase (HMT). GSK-343 exhibits anticancer activity, inhibiting cell invasion and cell growth in epithelial ovarian cancer cells.
