GSK-2830371
GSK-2830371 is an inhibitor of wild-type p53-induced phosphatase 1 (Wip1) that exhibits anticancer chemotherapeutic activity. In animal models of lymphoma, GSK-2830371 inhibits cell growth and tumor growth. In neuroblastoma cells, this compound induces cell death.
