GSK-2606414 is an inhibitor of PERK, or eukaryotic initiation factor 2-α kinase 3 (EIK2AK3, also known as protein kinase R-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase). GSK-2606414 exhibits anticancer chemotherapeutic benefit, inhibiting growth of tumor xenografts in animal models.
