Eprinomectin
Eprinomectin is a semi-synthetic avermectin that is clinically used to treat livestock and domestic animals; it exhibits anti-helminthic and anti-parasitic activities. Eprinomectin increases GABA release, causing neuromuscular paralysis in microbes and parasites.
