ELR-510444

ELR-510444 inhibits microtubule polymerization through binding tubulin at the colchicine site; it exhibits anti-angiogenic and anticancer chemotherapeutic activities. ELR-510444 inhibits cell proliferation and tumor growth in models of breast cancer. In models of renal cell carcinoma, this compound inhibits cell viability, decrease tumor burden, and suppresses expression of HIF-1α.
