Ampalex
Ampalex is a benzylpiperidine AMPA receptor potentiator. It exhibits antipsychotic activity and may also show cognition enhancing and neuroprotective benefits. Ampalex modulates fast synaptic plasticity and memory process in various models. This compound also improves cognitive function in animal models of schizophrenia.
