Abacavir

Abacavir is a guanosine nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) that is clinically used to treat HIV infection. Abacavir exhibits antiviral activity. This compound also inhibits guanylyl cyclase and telomerase activity.
