AS-605240

AS-605240 is an inhibitor of p110δ PI3K that exhibits anti-inflammatory, immunosuppressive, and anti-diabetic activities. In animal models, AS-605240 inhibits the development of or reverses the progression of experimental autoimmune encephalitis (EAE). AS-605240 also inhibits the development of acute lung injury pathology in animal models through increasing levels of ROS, VEGF, and cytokines and decreasing infiltration of dendritic cells and expression of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4).
